What's on the menu this labor day weekend? All good things created by Chef Lauren and her culinary team. The roasted mushrooms were to die for, the duck cooked to perfection, and the ginger squash bisque with kimchi, was creamy and spicy.
Topped off with an incredible cocktail by bartender and GM Mike, and oh my what a special evening.
368 Maine is open Thursdays-Sundays from 5-8 pm for Prix Fixe Dining. We highly recommend reservations so you don't miss out on your chance to dine with us before the season ends.

We're still reeling from the incredible team tasting with Chef Jeb at the helm! 🍴👨‍🍳 Our team truly knocked it out of the park with a lineup of dishes that left us all in awe. Standouts included the refreshing tuna crudo, expertly paired with a zesty ramp aioli and a sprinkle of tobiko for added crunch, as well as the Fiddlehead Caesar Salad with local cheese.
And let's not forget the melt-in-your-mouth short ribs that simply fell off the bone - a true testament to Chef Jeb's skill and attention to detail. If you're looking for a dining experience that will leave you feeling satisfied and inspired, look no further! We're getting closer to the final countdown of our summer opening and we can barely contain our excitement! Yesterday, we had the pleasure of tasting all the wines, from the crisp and refreshing whites that are perfect for a warm summer day, to the full-bodied reds that will complement our delicious dishes.
Our wine 🍷list is shaping up to be truly magnificent this year, with a wide range of options to suit every taste and preference. 368 Maine Restaurant is looking absolutely fantastic for the coming season, and we can't wait to share it all with you!
