Hey good friends! Happy New Year and welcome to 2025. Good Nature Coffee has got some big plans coming up this year! Well, I should say we personally have some big plans for this year. And because of all the incredible things we have going on, Good Nature Coffee will be taking a little hiatus as we get settled in a new stage of life. But don’t worry, we are sure to be back and serving good coffee once again soon enough!

But I’m sure you’re asking, what are the good times y’all are having this year? What’s keeping the good coffee waiting? Well, good friends, this is something that we’ve had brewing for a long time, but we (Elsa & Josiah) have been engaged for nearly 8 months now and will be getting married later this spring! 🥰

And we have also just purchased our first house in Greenville! 🏡 It is in need of serious love and attention, but one day it will become the perfect operations hub for all things Good Nature Coffee. With plenty of good nature on our little plot of land, there’s sure to be some fun little events for all our good friends to enjoy some good coffee together, once everything is in good shape.

So between the final stages of wedding planning and renovations on the new house (maybe a coffee lab too idk 😏), we’re gonna put Good Nature Coffee’s event operations on hold for at least the first half of the year. So drink a good coffee for us in the meantime, and keep dreaming about that oh so good latte! Hopefully we’ll see all of you again soon with a good cup of coffee in hand. ☕️

We appreciate everyone’s support and enthusiasm for the coffee and community that we love so much too. Let’s keep growing together! 🌿

I’m sorry to butt in Good Friends but uhhhh, I think I heard you say, “Ohhhhh boy… what am I gonna do for the rest of my Christmas shopping this year???” 🎄

Not to be dramatic but we have an incredible solution: tomorrow is Mudslide Pottery’s one year anniversary, aren’t they kiln it?! (Ha yes, thank you, laugh away) 🌿

They are celebrating their anniversary with a sale event where we will be setting up there to hand out FREE coffee in celebration of them! Come by and show some love for this incredible, thoughtful business that has poured into our community in such intentional, creative, nurturing ways, and sip some Good Nature magic while you’re at it 😍

Check our story for a link to see what sales they’re running today and tomorrow! The whole event is 10am - 2pm, but we’ll only be there from 10am - 12pm, so be sure to sneak by then if you’re wanting a celebratory drink. Can’t wait to see you ☕️

What a lovely summer it has turned out to be. 🌿

We’ve missed you, Good Friends! We’ve been camping out, soaking up some sun, resting in the fresh air, and truly hope you have had the chance to do so also. ☀️

As the summer is wrapping up and the fall is quickly approaching, we can’t wait to see you this lovely weekend at the next BoCo Farmer’s Market on Saturday, from 8am - 12pm. ☕️

Happy Fourth of July, Good Friends! 🌿

We are so excited to see you this weekend, there’s so much in store! We will be setting up for the second Bond County Farmer’s Market in downtown Greenville from 8am - 12pm, which will be followed by the annual Bond County Fourth Fest! 🇺🇸

Depending on scheduling and placement, we may stay later in the afternoon - so stay tuned on our story to see if we end up extending our hours into the afternoon. Either way, we are so looking forward to it all and can’t wait to see you!!! ☕️

Hey Good Friends! We’ve got a big update today about our operations schedule! 🌿

After June 1st, Good Nature Coffee will no longer be offering coffee 4 days a week at The Freckled Press. But, have no fear! This by no means is a bad thing, and you’ll still see us around with plenty of opportunities to get your good coffee fix. We will be pivoting our focus to other parts of our business, namely farmers markets, festivals, and private events. And first up on that summer schedule is the Bond County Farmers Market right downtown Greenville on June 1st!

Our vision for the future beyond the summer months is still percolating, but we are continuing to dream and working on some plans for a future regular coffee spot. No promises yet, though! Just keep an eye on our social media for updates about where we’re popping up and what the future holds. We’re looking forward to taking some time for planning, brainstorming, and serving the fun summer crowds. ☀️

We can’t forget to give a big THANK YOU to The Freckled Press for the last couple months and before that Spruce Craft + Collective for hosting us in their spaces on a regular basis since September. (We can’t believe it’s been this long!) And THANK YOU to you all, our regular customers who have showed up every week to share a good cup of coffee with us. We could not be where we are now without your participation in our little coffee community. 🤍

Feel free to reach out to us if you’ve got an event you think we should pop-up at. Or if you’d like to reserve us for a private, pre-paid event with access to unlimited drinks and a customized coffee experience, let us know and we can work on a collaboration. For those who have gift tokens, we hope to see you in the next couple weeks at The Freckled Press, but they will continue to be valid at any event we serve. Looking forward to seeing you all around often, serving the best coffee in and around Greenville! ☕️

Another beautiful midweek day ☕️

We had a great time at the GSGA event today, pics to come! Thanks to everyone on the GU campus that joined us, we’ll share some pics from the event later this week. 🤍

Due to rain and time, we won’t be officially set up again at the Freckled Press until late tomorrow, so we’ll be closed tomorrow and back to see you on Friday. We’ll send you a little reminder tomorrow of how much we’ll miss ya! 🌿
