Last post then I'm going to work on these brisket wontons and egg rolls...hellooooo!!

August aint got no real holidays so why couldn't we create one? a day for everyone that's anyone to get out of these restaurantss get your asses up out them seats and come flood the food trucks?? HEH?? why not lol? for me, i find the best foods amongst my peers but the press isn't so great always. they don't know what we go thru, really wanna bring and the public misses out on a great thing. welp....there's my advocacy for the day!!! yall behave , keep the party going!!

aight yall know i was a weatherman in the army right ...lol well more of a weather broadcaster not forecaster. but still...looks like high chances of rain tomorrow BUT this weekend looks promising SO...we gonna stay in tomorrow and make it back out THURS, SAT AND SUN in Kinston at Roses 2-6pm. i'll post a formal calendar ...hell at some point !!! 😅

"They" say we only got family and friends that support us. Nahhhh unlike my competition... I treat my customers like family and friends.... Never a number !!! When we make it , we ALL would have made it!!! And we're more than proud that our Takomaniac family are White , Black, Hispanic, Asian, Latino, Carib, American Indian and all mixes alike.. sometimes we'll even get Pacific Islander and East Indian. Military didn't lie to me when they said you'd meet people of all walks of life in the service....so fittingly this is what we wanted to create with our initial take with our Mexi-Soul menu. Genuinely ....People who are people, a wanting that good taste.

So please and pretty please lemme see a show of hands or gimme a hell yeah if you came to us as a stranger and of no blood relation.

#1 reason why my haters stay sooo mad

My sentiments exactly!!! But these low life half a nu***ck citizens stand in the gap from me busting down all these cats fu***ng up "Birria" round here!! Talking about " you don't support local businesses" and oh he hates Spanish speaking people and oh he black doing Mexican food. Shut yo dumb ass up and go enjoy what you like!!! Because on any given day either one of us will wipe the floor with you !! I'll support anyone else .....but If you do Birria in these parts ..... I'm your worst nightmare, BANK ON IT JACK!!!! All that hiding behind followers is lame!!!
