🍩 Master Laminator:
We are looking for a full-time master laminator! This is an honored position at Scout’s. Our laminated doughnuts are our signature and it is our highly skilled laminators who deliver time and time again.
This job requires lots of focus, quick learning, careful attention to detail, hard work, reliability, lots of ownership, and the ability to lift 50lb. 😁 We have all the processes, data, expertise and support you need to grow into lamination mastery (as we have). All we need are eager and willing hands! This is primarily a morning position (ideally 5AM - 1PM).
🍩 Dough expert:
We are looking for a full-time dough expert! Our dough precision is critically important to consistently delivering the highest quality doughnuts. Our dough process also requires learning lamination fundamentals making this a dynamic role. Prior kitchen experience is helpful, but not required. We always prioritize great people over specific skills or experiences.

🍩 Opening Lead
We need a strong kitchen leader! This job entails helping team members grow & learn while leading a team in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude & a flexible mindset are required for this position! This team member needs to be consistently available to open the shop from 3:45AM - 7:30AM (at least) Tuesday - Friday. This position can be full-time or part-time! Prior kitchen experience is helpful, but not required. We always prioritize great people over specific skills or experiences.
