I don't think I would be as excited about Wing Wednesday if I hadn't had Chef re-do our wing rub recipe about a year and a half ago.
They're such an improved product. The old ones were fine but I think that you all know us well enough to know that, to us, "fine" is a four letter f word.

"Why are your burgers so messy"?
If you wanted food with a microplane and tweezers, you have come to the wrong place.
I've worked in that world. I'll take what we do over that any day.
We offer good quality at fair prices. We focus on things like flavor, texture, mouth feel, SFAH ratio (salt, fat, acid, heat) and all the nuance that goes with it.
On Monday, this burger (along with Housemade chips and house made beer) can be had for just $10.
No lace doilies here just great food with lots of extra paper towel. Don't be afraid, get your hands dirty.

Matcha Margarita! Just like to throw something different at ya from time to time. Come check it out. I recommend no salt on this, it doesn't seem to quite hit that way but, you do you.

Taylor is quietly one of the funniest people in the Greenville restaurant. It takes a little time to see it but she is. Kinda dark but very funny. Settle in at her bar and get to know her

How do you Wing Wednesday? Do you get the same sauce every time or do you rotate through them on a weekly basis?

"Hot Honey" has been something of a craze lately but I have to be honest... I didn't really get it. Tried it. Not for me. No hate on anyone who loves it just not for me.
What I thought it was gonna taste like is our Honey Chipotle sauce.
Where did we come up with the Honey Chipotle recipe? Stole it from a chain. Not ashamed to say it.
To be fair, we use real ingredients and make the sauce. We don't open a box and suddenly there's a bag of sauce in it called Honey Chipotle.
Not that I went all Mission Impossible and broke in somewhere but instead we found a recipe on the old internet, tweaked it and out came these bad boys. A perfect balance of sweet heat.

We're going to run out of our BBQ almost every day. We know that frustrates people and it's not that we don't care but that's the design of it. Our BBQ is an overnight cook. It takes 13 hours. We can't just open a pack and throw it on like a burger or a steak.
Also, we are trying to run out every day so that we can offer you the BBQ at the peak of its freshness.
To the people who say, "you should have planned better." I guess all we can say is, "you should have planned better."
We've been saying this for years. Once it's gone it's gone. We'll have more for you tomorrow. We don't save it for anyone. First come first served.
