SINIGANG ✨ my all-time favorite soup growing up—a sour tamarind soup with pork or shrimp, taro, kangkong, and various other vegetables.

our version for tomorrow’s SOUP PARTY 🎉 will have seared pork belly, taro, daikon, watercress, shimeji, and shiso in a sour tamarind miso broth.

a hot bowl of sinigang paired with a steamy cup of rice is literally MAGIC in your mouth. we can’t wait to share this bowl of soup with y’all tomorrow 🤍
