Every opening has had its own story.
It took me a week to fill every seat for the soft opening of our Downtown restaurant. Then Tea Republic took just three days.
And this one? I honestly didn’t advertise the soft opening at all.
But somehow, this one feels different. 🥹
When I opened my very first restaurant nine years ago, I was fresh out of college. Some of the kids who used to come in with their families are now taller than me — and they’re going to college themselves. 😭
And now I’m running into those same families at 21 Raw Bar, right down the road from where it all started.
That is WILD to me.
Nine years of customers becoming friends. Kids growing up. Families coming back. People who supported me at the very beginning still walking through my doors today.
And friendships and connections like that deserve a proper toast. 🥂
So this week, come raise a glass with me. Enjoy TWO glasses of w**e OR TWO b**rs on me. 🍷🍺 It’s my little way of saying thank you for all the years of love and support.
And because this is a true soft opening, you’re getting to experience the restaurant while we build it! We’ll be adding at least 3–4 NEW DISHES to the menu every day, testing things, listening to your feedback, and figuring out what deserves a permanent spot.
