This prestigious one-day exam, administered by the Court of Master Sommeliers, evaluates a candidate’s mastery of deductive tasting, beverage theory, and the technical expertise and hospitality skills required for exceptional tableside service.

We’re incredibly proud of Vinny and grateful to have him as part of the CAMP team. His passion for wine and dedication to his craft shine through every day, and this achievement is a true reflection of all his hard work. Cheers to this well-earned milestone & we can’t wait to see what’s next! 🍷✨

Chef Diego presents a seven course menu that evolves with the seasons, thoughtfully crafted to showcase the finest ingredients at their peak. Guests may choose curated wine pairings or explore our cellar collection of more than 3,000 bottles.
