Our October Event Schedule! 🎃

Catch us this Saturday at the Hannastown Farmers Market and help me celebrate my birthday weekend! We will be sharing birthday cupcakes and have some specials (while supplies last!).

Also catch us at the last Hanna's Town Market of the season on October 17th, the Ligonier Country Market
Fall Market on October 24th, and the Greensburg Night Market at The Laurel Marketplace on October 29th! As always, you can find our sweets almost daily between The Laurel Marketplace in Greensburg, and Out of the Fire Cafe in Donegal!

As we also turn closer to the busy holiday season, I will soon be updating our special order availability and put out dates for our holiday preorder menus!

Just in time for fall- our house made Fire C***r and Fermented Garlic Honey are now both in stock at The Laurel Marketplace in Greensburg! Both are excellent to keep on hand as the seasons change, to help the body and immune system.

-Fire C***r- Made from Organic Apple C***r Vinegar and a large assortment of herbs and spices including Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Oregano & much more. We let it all steep for over a month to soak up all of the goodness to help keep you well in the colder months. To use- take 1 tablespoon straight, or mixed with honey, warm water, or both. Also delicious in a salad dressing, marinade, or anything else that needs something a little extra for your meals.

-Fermented Garlic Honey- Made from raw local Honey from ANGRY BEES FARMS & garlic from Savage Mountain Farm , also excellent to help stay well in the colder months. To use- take 1 tablespoon straight, or stir into warm tea or water. Can be used in dressings, marinade, soups, stews, and so much more.

We had the honor of being a part of the Westmoreland Cultural Trust Centennial Gala for The Palace Theatre last night! It was an incredible event celebrating this milestone for such an important part of our community.

The dessert was composed of a 58% Dark Chocolate Ganache Cake with Chantilly Cream, Raspberries, Candied Orange Peel & Edible Gold Leaf

We also created custom bites for the after party-

A big thank you to our friends from Wild Onyinz Catering who created the perfect dinner for the night, and made the event run so smoothly, and everyone at The Palace for all of their hard work to make this event come to life.
