This week’s featured burger is not a burger, it’s the Pork Chop Cornbread Sandwich. A Cajun-seasoned grilled pork chop topped with smoked Gouda, grilled onions, apple butter, cherry peppers and iceberg lettuce on toasted jalapeño cornbread. Served with a side of crispy fried Brussels sprouts tossed in garlic parmesan ranch sauce. Paired with Earth as We Know It from Burial Beer Company.
