One of our favorite pork belly setups we've ever done. Super tender, slow-cooked pork belly grilled to order then brushed with a honeydew-lime glaze, topped with melon-peanut cream and served with a honeydew Thai basil salad dressed in a fish sauce lime vinaigrette.

If you've been wondering where'd the cheese go, it all ended up on top of our super-cheesy garlic bread.
