The idea behind 1618 Midtown – take simple bar food and transform it into a foodie’s delight—has proven wildly successful. Young, fun and casual, Midtown mixes new world wines, artisan cocktails and craft beers with inventive small plates that combine fresh and local flavors. A hot spot for extemporaneous gatherings, it also accommodates up to 30 in a semi-private dining space. A “kitchen of cocktails” approach experiments with new combinations of traditional flavors, and is perpetually ahead of the curve in exposing customers to the latest cocktails along with wine trends like rose and bubbles. The list of more than 50 craft and import beers is organized by flavor categories running from light and golden to dark and rich.
