This morning the kids made muffins for breakfast. Callie went first, then immediately promoted herself to Head Baker and started giving Dallas step-by-step instructions.

After a few minutes, Dallas finally looked at her and said:

“Callie… you do know that MY mom is a baker too. I know a little something.” 💀🤣

The confidence. The sass. The sibling rivalry.

At this point, Callie is fully convinced that 2F5L will be hers one day, and Dallas is just trying to remind her he’s got the same training manual. 😂

✨🎓 We had the honor of creating our very first 3-tier cake today!

This cake celebrated not one, not two, but three major milestones:

We’re so thankful this sweet customer trusted us with such a special order and even welcomed us into her home so we could assemble it on-site.

🇺🇸✈️ We had the honor of creating this Air Force-themed cake and cupcakes for a very special celebration this weekend!

My brother-in-law, Daniel’s little brother, has officially enlisted in the United States Air Force, and we couldn’t be more proud of him. Watching him take this next step toward his future has been such a blessing, and we’re excited to see all that lies ahead.

🚐✨ BIG NEWS FROM 2F5L! ✨🚐

Today we received our very first part for the bakery van! 🎉

Now, don’t ask me exactly what it is… 🤣 All I know is it has something to do with the sliding door mechanism and getting it fixed. That’s Daniel’s department!

What I do know is this: it’s the first piece of a dream we’ve been praying about and working toward. ❤️

It may not look like much to most people, but to us it’s a reminder that every big vision starts with small steps. One part. One project. One act of faith at a time.

We’re excited to take y’all along for the ride and share every milestone—from parts arriving, to repairs, to the day we finally open those van doors and serve our community from our very own mobile bakery. 🍪🍰🍋
