What started as a decision has become one of the most meaningful parts of who we are.

If you know Michael and Mandy, you already understand. If you’ve ever stepped into their tasting room, you’ve felt it. If you’ve visited almost any shop in the Triad, you’ve tasted the care behind what they do. And if you’ve been a guest in our space, then you’ve experienced what this partnership brings to every single cup.

This has never just been about coffee. It’s about people who pour their hearts into their craft. It’s about consistency, trust, and shared values. It’s about choosing to work with people who care just as deeply as you do.

We’re endlessly grateful for the way Michael and Mandy show up, not just as roasters, but as partners, friends, and a steady part of our story.

If you’ve ever been into Northern Roots, chances are you know Glenn. And if you know Glenn, you love Glenn. He has a way of making every person who walks through our doors feel welcomed and like an old friend. Somehow he forms a genuine connection with everyone he meets.
