Hello everyone! Claude here, CEO of Claude's Vegan Castle. I figured I would show my face around here to discuss some important information about the past and future of our business.

Claude's started out as just a fun hobby for my parents and I to do on Saturdays, and helped us all through a big transition in our lives. It was a little daunting at first since I had never been a CEO before, but the people of the welcomed us with open arms.

Our business very quickly became not just vegan but gluten and allergen friendly. We couldn't help but be overjoyed by the smile on our customers' faces. Giving someone their first cookie or donut that they've ever had is an otherworldly feeling that we'll never forget.

Even with all our hard work and effort. These past few years have had a great number of hurdles for our business, my parents, the Farmers Market, and even me, the King! I mean CEO...But we've never given up. We keep pushing ahead because we want to continue bringing smiles to our customers' faces!

The future of Claude's is going to be nothing short of spectacular. We have been cooking up some fantastic ideas with some extraordinary people.

Now, here's kind of the hard part to tell everyone. In order to make our future a reality, my parents need to spend more time working their "human jobs." For them to do that, Claude's is going to need to change the way it operates.

Going forward, Claude's Vegan Castle will only be making an appearance at the Corner Farmers Market once a month. We also will not be at the market until February because we can't let you be without our food on Valentine's Day. We love you, and we will also be testing out our pre-ordering system on our website (more details coming soon).

We are so excited to share that for this years thanksgiving preorders, we will be trying out a new online order system! This will allow for easier, faster, and more customizable ordering for all of your plant based holiday food needs!

We are very excited to start our little e-commerce journey to have more opportunities to make our vegan goods more accessible to you!

What our event means to us:
Castle on the Lake is the beginning of a new journey for Claude’s Vegan Castle. We have dreams of moving into a space that allows you to get your vegan and gluten free goods more than once a week! Not only that, but we hope to host so many more events that give the community a place to have fun, get together, and relax in a safe and whimsical environment! We have so many ideas of ways to bring good food and joy to the triad, and we can use all of your support! Help us make this first shot at our dream a big success!

Today in the Castle on the Lake test kitchen: Stone fruit cobbler! This one is made with peaches and plums. This will be our dessert course at the event and it will be topped with fresh made ice cream made by !! We are so excited about this event and really hope to see you there.
