This one’s the sneak attack dish of the summer. Lurking under a sweet corn sabayon and sunflower petals is… more sunflower - braised hearts and a spiced dukkah made with the toasted seeds. Seared and chilled Shinnecock sea scallops, charred corn, and pickled lemon all hangin out in there too. 💛🌻🌽🍋
