A new scientific statement from the American Heart Association suggests that, for most adults, drinking coffee is associated with a lower risk of stroke, type 2 diabetes, and heart failure.
A few important notes: • This doesn't mean coffee is medicine. • More isn't always better. • The research is about coffee—not energy drinks or synthetic caffeine.

Usually, it isn't the ice.
If your iced coffee tastes watered down after a few minutes, it's often one of three things:
