Freedom Cafe is looking for a part-time Prep Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our team!

Hours are somewhat flexible, but Thursdays are required.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who is dependable, works well in a busy kitchen, isnโ€™t afraid to jump in wherever needed, and takes pride in doing things well.

Duties may include food prep, helping our cooks, stocking, keeping the kitchen organized and clean, and helping us stay ahead during busy days.

Restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful, but reliability and a good work ethic matter most.

SOLD OUT AGAIN!

Even after Jay stayed late Friday night cooking a DOUBLE batch of prime rib, you guys ate us out of North Shore Roast Beef today. ๐Ÿ˜‚

This was our very first week offering it, and we truly had no idea what the response would be. Do we buy a lot? Buy a little? Still figuring it out!

We need to restock and get another batch slow cooking before we can do it all over again.

GREENFIELD, WE ARE READY FOR YOU.

Friday night Jay stayed late cooking up a DOUBLE batch of prime rib in anticipation of todayโ€™s North Shore Roast Beef crowd!

Yesterday you guys SOLD US OUT IN 90 MINUTES.

So we doubled down.

He slow-cooked the prime rib, it will be shaved paper thin to order, piled high on a grilled onion roll and loaded 3-Way style (James River BBQ, mayonnaise and cheese.)

Available TODAY from 11 AMโ€“2 PM or while it lasts.

Letโ€™s see if the double batch survives!

Love Greenfield with how we support each other in business!!! Our neighbors at the The Victoria are up bright and early serving a cup of relaxation and socialization and then ending the evening with events.

They allow for patrons to eat local food and the lighting makes this Super beef north shore sandwich look like a super model!

THIS is what I love about doing business in Greenfield. Businesses supporting businesses and making downtown more fun together. โค๏ธ

The side walks are coming alive, especially with Trackside and Los Tres Hermanos now bringing their eatery out, and tonight there is music at the commons along with art! So excited for our cute, artsy, beautiful town. Always a town in my book.
