We’re excited to announce that another Black Diamond Kitchen is coming to Obetz!

This location will be a new build—a change from the century-old historic buildings we typically call home—but it will carry the same commitment to community that has guided Black Diamond from the beginning.

We look forward to celebrating Obetz’s history, creating local jobs, and building a welcoming place where friends and neighbors can gather over great food and drinks.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to become part of the Obetz community.

Since its creation in 2020—just one week before Ohio shut down because of COVID—the Black Diamond brand has been incredibly fortunate to receive remarkable press coverage.

But no article, video, or review has captured our story quite like The Pourch.

The history of our company, the challenges we have faced, and the extraordinary efforts of Jen, Adam and our entire team could never be replicated by AI. This is authentic storytelling at its very best—thoughtful, personal, and beautifully produced.

We are incredibly proud of our story, and deeply grateful to The Pourch for taking the time to tell it so well.

Our visit to Black Diamond Distilling in Nelsonville, Ohio, a distillery born out of a Hocking College brewing program, where bourbon ages in a pair of branded boxcars and three solid pours make the drive worth it.
