Today we took a trip to see where it all starts.
As if you may know we’ve been getting our ham from Badger, so we went behind the scenes to see the process firsthand. We met up with our account executive, John, who walked us through the facility and showed us how everything comes together from start to finish.
It’s not something most people get to see every single day. Ham is not a simple process — there’s a lot that goes into it. We were honestly impressed by the level of detail, care, and consistency that goes into producing a really, really good ham.
It gave us a whole new appreciation for what we serve every day.
There’s a reason it tastes the way it does.
