**BIG ANNOUNCEMENT**
Aloha Followers 👍🏽, Fans👏🏽, Friends💕, Voyeurs🫣😎...our 'Ohana!
We're coming up on 8 weeks since we lost our Patriarch and Chef Extraordinare Eric Arrington.
The whole in our hearts and lives is overwhelming at times, but we rely on cherished moments and memories to get us thru each day.
🙏🏼💔🥺
But honestly...this is so HARD!
💕❤️💕
We have some really exciting news to share, and need your prayers🙏🏽🙏🏻🙏🏼 to help make it all come together!
You see, Chef wanted to ensure I had some way to support myself and he said what better way than to bring back my Tres Leches cakes!
So his final act of love was to purchase a commercial fridge, and oven.
Unfortunately, the oven had a faulty part and I've been working with the manufacturer to get the part replaced. It's been 8 weeks of frustration, so please pray for resolution on that!
Once the oven is fixed, and our kitchen sink/cabinets are in, I'll be working to get my Home Bakery license established and will need help to get the word out to sell them.
I have a couple food truck family's that have committed to carrying them on their food trucks, but I'll need much more places to offer them. They need refrigerated and have a 4 day shelf life.
So... please keep the prayers flowing that all the things will come together and I'll be seeing more of you as I deliver these little slices of heaven around our area (50 mile radius of Greenfield)!
Mahalo nui loa in advance!

This song started playing on the radio when I got back in the car from the Funeral Home yesterday.
One of those auspicious signs from Heaven above...
I'll take it!
Anyone whose ever picked up a loved ones cremation remains and had the opportunity to just feel the weight of them again in your arms (four legged fur babies included) can understand the impact you feel in that moment.
While not everyone believes in this particular process of laying loved ones to rest, it was sure comforting for us!
His presence is so missed.
🥺💔😢
The lyrics to the song:
You sheltered me from harm
Kept me warm, kept me warm
You gave my life to me
Set me free, set me free
The finest years I ever knew
Were all the years I had with you
And I would give anything I own
I'd give up my life, my heart, my home
I would give everything I own
Just to have you back again
You taught me how to love
What it's of, what it's of
You never said too much
But still you showed the way
And I knew from watching you
Nobody else could ever know
The part of me that can't let go
And I would give anything I own
I'd give up my life, my heart, my home
I would give everything I own
Just to have you back again
Is there someone you know
Your loving them so
But taking them all for granted?
You may lose them one day
Someone takes them away
And they don't hear the words you long to say
I would give anything I own
I'd give up my life, my heart, my home
I would give everything I own
Just to have you back again
Just to touch you once again
💔🥺😢

Not enough words to express the appreciation and Al❤️ha we feel from our community during this difficult time...
For those that are interested: per Eric Arrington wishes we will have a Celebration of Life next year in Greenfield on August 15th, 2026! Location will be shared as soon as we have it confirmed.
He really just wants a big party so it'll be a party with a couple food trucks and time to share stories.
His mantra was "Only Happy Tears" so we'll honor him with ALL THAT!
We're then having a big celebration back home in Hawai'i at Nānākuli Beach Park the following weekend. Anyone interested in going that distance to have a true Hawaiian Pa'ina (party), please let us know and we'll make sure you have an authentic Hawaiian experience with us!
For now, we hope you enjoy this video clip taken in September of 2019 when we went home to finalize the sale of our home in Hawai'i.
In it, you'll find him loving up on his hanai (adopted) Greenfield community!
Enjoy...
He truly loves everything about our life in Ohio!

Aloha FB/IG 'Ohana...
It is with the heaviest heart that we share with you the passing of our founding patriarch Chef Eric Arrington.
He went home to Glory and into the loving arms of our Father who art in Heaven just after midnight today.
He fought a valiant battle against Acute Myeloid Leukemia for the past 22 months.
Your prayers, meal trains, financial support, and so much more will forever be etched into our hearts.
Our family made it through this toughest of times knowing he was prayed over, thought fondly of, and remember for the great things he did on his earthly journey this side of heaven.
While the loss of this giant with a booming voice will be felt for a very long time, we know we'll all be reunited one day, and that is comforting.
Thank you all for joining our food trailer journey, supporting our business, allowing us to serve you, and for the past two years of prayers and well wishes as we embarked on this blood cancer journey.
Eric's only wish is to have more people donate blood, platelets, and consider Stem Cell donation as these are what kept him going so that he had a bit more time with his family, and community.
May God Bless you ALL...
We hope you enjoy some of these photos that capture his life well lived.
