Folks, since we have closed the restaurant, I have gone out and purchased a food trailer. To downsize where Angela and could survive, we decided to call the trailer Clyde’s Smoke Wagon, after my Grandfather and my Father. Don’t let the name fool you, the trailer is powered by the folks that owned Hix BBQ, in retrospect Clyde’s in some way is Hix. We have setup in the parking lot in Greenevillage Shoping Center in front of Rice Box, next to Hix BBQ, right beside the produce stand. We will be open from 11am till 7pm today. This will be our last day setup in Greeneville, so if your looking for a buttfries, our one of our huge burgers, today will be your last day this week to grab one. Folks if you don’t already know I’m making the announcement now. Hix BBQ is formally closed its doors for good. I would like to let all of our customers know that Angela and I really appreciate all the loyalty, the support, and love that you all showed us over the years. However Hix BBQ is not dead it still lives in our hearts and we have downsized to a food trailer named Clyde’s Smoke Wagon. We won’t be able to bring you all your favorite items but we can bring you a lot of them. Thank you all so much for your support and love over the last 6 years you all will be missed. Again I am so sorry, I will be deleting the Hix Page in the very near future, but you can still follow us at Clyde’s Smoke Wagon right here on Facebook love you guys and hope to see you all at the the wagon.

Folks it’s Brian here, Tuesday for a limited time I will be at Hix BBQ bringing you a midday breakfast. Starting at noon I will be serving up our huge omelettes. From our biggest omelette the trainwersk to our smallest one the cheese omelette. We will also be serving breakfast from 12:00 pm till 5:00pm Tuesday. I urge everyone that has never had one of our omelettes to come out and try one. Oh don’t forget it’s been awhile but we have a all in one breakfast that is sure to be a winner our hash brown omelette, be sure to come by Tuesday for this breakfast feast God bless you all and God bless our great country.
