The countdown is on for Texas at Tennessee, and we’re bringing a little extra orange to the table at Brumley’s. Our Big Orange Spiced Cake brings together warm autumn spice, silky Chantilly cream, and bright candied orange peel for a dessert made for Tennessee orange season.

Come enjoy a slice as anticipation builds toward kickoff, then come back for another. This new dessert is settling in for the season and will remain on our menu throughout fall and winter.

Our new fall menu has arrived, and the pasta selection is welcoming three brand-new additions.

Dive into Seafood Campanelle, with salmon, lobster, mussels, spinach, sundried tomatoes, and dill lemon cream sauce. Welcome the flavors of fall with Butternut Squash Ravioli, paired with crispy duck confit, moonshine sage brown butter, aged blackberry balsamic, and walnuts. Or go rich and savory with Bucatini Carbonara, featuring Benton’s Bacon, Parmigiano-Reggiano, grilled broccolini, smoked olive oil, and shaved black truffle.

🍂 A New Season Arrives at Brumley’s

Our new Fall/Winter Menu begins Tuesday, September 22!

Cooler evenings are settling into East Tennessee, and a new season of flavor is taking its place at the Brumley’s table. Among the many new dishes waiting to be discovered are Seafood Campanelle, Poached Pear Salad, and Derby Pie, offering just a small taste of everything joining the menu this fall.

We have also reached into the Brumley’s recipe book to bring back favorites from seasons past, including Ridge-and-Valley Chicken and Crispy Brussels Sprouts, while Sweet Tea Salmon and Bison Meatloaf remain right where they belong.

This is only scratching the surface. Join us beginning Tuesday evening, settle in for dinner, and discover the full Fall/Winter Menu for yourself. 🍁

One of your favorite Brumley’s appetizers has inspired tonight’s feature. The Pistol Poppin’ Chicken Sandwich begins with grilled chicken marinated in Candy Jalapeño Juice, layered with Pimento Cheese, Candy Jalapeños, Blueberry Preserves, and Bacon on Salt Risen Bread. Yesterday, we followed the spirit of Tennessee straight to the source. 🥃

Our team had the pleasure of visiting Old Forge Distillery in Pigeon Forge, where copper stills, rows of colorful jars, and generations of Tennessee distilling tradition set the scene for a fascinating behind-the-scenes tour. We got an up-close look at the process and learned more about the craftsmanship behind their high-quality moonshine and rum.

Thank you to the Old Forge team for rolling out the Tennessee welcome and sharing your craft with us. If Pigeon Forge is in your travel plans, make room for a stop at the distillery.

As for Brumley’s? Keep your eyes on the bar. A taste of Old Forge may be headed over the mountain and into Greeneville very soon.

This year, leave the work to us and keep the best part of Thanksgiving for yourself. Gather your family and friends, settle in around the table, and enjoy the afternoon while our team takes care of everything from the first serving to the last dish.

Our Thanksgiving buffet will be dressed for the occasion with roasted turkey and giblet gravy, bourbon honey spiral ham, chilled seafood, Southern holiday favorites, and a generous selection of desserts worthy of saving room.

Summer is serving up something sweet before it takes its final bow. 🫐

Tonight's Featured Dessert, Blueberry Sakari Cake, is impossibly fluffy with a rich, moist texture from blueberry-vanilla pudding baked right into the cake. A sake glaze, whipped cream, and fresh blueberries bring a bright finish to every slice.

Light and fluffy. Soft and decadent. And very worthy of saving room.

Summer Still Has a Place at the Table. ☀️

September may have arrived, but East Tennessee has yet to surrender its summer afternoons. At Brumley’s, that calls for something a little lighter.

Our Summer Salad brings strawberries and blueberries together with feta, peppered almonds, and Country Club dressing, a bright composition made for these final warm weeks of the season.

Before long, the salad will take on the flavors of fall. The calendar may be looking toward autumn, but for now, we are happy to let summer have another course.
