Pork shoulder seasoned with our and hickory smoked. Shredded and piled high on a butter toasted bun in homage to our Colossal Pulled Pork Sandwich served from our food trailer. Topped off with Bar B Que Beast spicy sauce and some tangy Pully Wissle slaw. Mighty fine!

Best....duck....ever. Porter had a good morning retrieving ducks and we had a stellar evening seasoning them with our Pully Wissle Provisions and searing them in a cast iron skillet, plated, and drizzling with a red wine hot honey reduction. 🔥
