When we opened our doors, we were the new kids on the block with big dreams and a whole world of flavors to share. We didn't know how we would be welcomed. You did. You walked in as strangers and created a community. You trusted us with your birthdays, your date nights, and your quiet Tuesday lunches. You let us into your community, and we will never take that for granted.
Being named one of the 8 best restaurants in Wisconsin by OpenTable means more than we can say. We are humbled! It belongs to every guest who took a chance on a dish they couldn't pronounce, and to the team who pours their heart into every experience. We adore you ❤️
Starting by October 7th and running through Thanksgiving, I'm taking you to Austria, where I grew up and first learned to cook at my family's table. 🇦🇹 These recipes were handed down through generations, gathered from my culinary school, and each one carries a memory I hold close.
Think tender Zwiebelrostbraten under a pile of golden crispy onions. Pillowy Knödel made the way my family has always made them. Pumpkin in all its autumn glory. This is the food that warmed our home when the weather turned cold, the true comfort food of fall.
And we're doing it the way we always do: clean, honest ingredients, with no shortcuts and no compromise on flavor. Comfort food that feeds your soul and still lets you feel good.
