Hinterland Brewery Must be 21+ to follow. The Hinterland Way...

Some call it the road less traveled or maybe it's an uphill climb. Cheers!

Wisconsin craft brewery dedicated to making adventure-worthy beer for the past 30 years.
📍Visit our beer hall in Green Bay (across the road from Lambeau Field) for delicious beer and farm-to-table cuisine. I look at it as a journey that I set out on years ago. Similiar to paddling a long stretch of river through the Wisconsin wilderness, we're never really sure what's around the next bend. It's been my mission to deliver only the best to those who have graced us with their patronage. In essence, Hinterland is a craft brewery hell bent on perfection and a couple of restaurants delivering a wild harvest to your plate. We hang our hat on preparing tasty, locally-raised food along side an artisanally-made beer from our brewery.

The kitchen crew is always hard at work crafting every plate that lands on your table. 🥘

For $10, you can buy a round for the kitchen as a thank-you for the meal you thoroughly enjoyed.

A great meal is a team effort, and we always welcome the appreciation!

Fall in Green Bay hits different with the right glass in your hand. 🍂🍷

Our Fall Sangria is here! Cabernet and spiced rum swirled with honey crisp apple and topped with Treeline C***r. It's everything October is supposed to taste like.

Pair it with our Quattro Formaggi wood-fired pizza: mozzarella, smoked bleu cheese, provolone, goat cheese, and a drizzle of rosemary honey fresh out of the fire.

And if you're in Titletown on October 17th for Pumpkin Palooza, you already know where to come after! 🎃

Some feelings don't have an age limit. 🚲🍺

Somewhere between your bills and your third alarm clock, that playful spirit who used to ride his bike with the wind in his face never actually left.

Packerland Pilsner was made for that guy. The one who shows up every season. The one who still feels it in his chest when the crowd goes loud. The one who never really stopped believing.

Crack one open with us this season. This is Packerland Pilsner. 🍻

Sharp cheddar. Hot sausage off the grill. A b**r dry enough to reset between bites.

That is the whole idea behind this collab with Hop Butcher for the World. We brewed Football is Better with Sausage and Cheese. They brewed Football is Better with Cheese and Sausage.

Our version is a 6% Cold IPA, dry-hopped with Mosaic and Vic Secret. Juicy pineapple, citrus zest, and a kiss of pine resin. Built for a game that runs long.

Limited time - come get a taste of this collab! 🍻

Something is happening inside these barrels worth waiting for.

, Wisconsin's own bourbon, took a selection of our Maple Bock barrels to rest their 5-year bourbon in. Expect the unique combination to accentuate notes of maple, dark cherry, and cocoa, along with the character of the b**r that shaped those barrels.

The result will be a J. Henry bourbon unlike any other, coming in early 2027.

Good things are worth waiting for. Stay tuned. 🍁

The Maple Bock Brownie might be the best decision you make all week. 🍫

Here's how to do it right: order the brownie, rich and fudgy, with whipped cream, and ask for a pour of our Maple Bock alongside it. This b**r won a gold medal at the 1995 World B**r Championships and is brewed with real Wisconsin maple syrup. Deep brown, malty, and slightly smoky in the best possible way.

The maple in the b**r meets the chocolate in the brownie, and something just clicks. Rich meets rich. Smoke meets sweet.

And if you want to go deeper, the Luna Coffee Stout has dessert written all over it as the perfect decadent note.

This is how the meal ends at Hinterland.
