My wife Cathy and I opened Chefusion in 2009. Prior to that, I was presented with a unique opportunity and hired by David Saperstein to organize his 4 million dollar over-the-top wedding. We moved from Green Bay to live in California just outside of Los Angeles at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley. It was an exciting event working with my hand selected culinary team along with top wedding pers

onalities including; Designer and Author Preston Bailey, Wedding Cakes by Sylvia and Canadian Ice Carvers. It was definitely a highlight to my culinary and catering experience. The wedding proved to be quite successful and after which I stayed on as Mr. Saperstein’s Private Chef and General Manager for two years overseeing many high-end parties, weddings and other events. My other accomplishments include; 10 years Executive Chef at Oneida Golf and Country Club in Green Bay, Gulfstream Bath and Tennis Club in Florida, The American Club in Kohler and The Williamsburg Inn in Virginia.
