3 things I’d tell someone struggling with their business:

1. Being busy and being profitable are not the same thing. ☕✨
A packed calendar means nothing if you’re exhausted, undercharging, and barely making money at the end of the day.
2. Not every event is going to be a win. ☕✨
Some events will be slow. Some will be amazing. One bad event doesn’t mean your business is failing—it means you’re collecting valuable data and learning what works.
3. Keep showing up, even when it feels like nobody notices. ☕✨
The opportunities, referrals, loyal customers, and bookings usually come after months of consistency—not after one viral post or one successful event.
