🤔🤔 I'm not sure where my original post with this week's grilled cheese went. Yesterday was our first day of serving the Buffalo Ranchero sandwich and I think it was a hit. Buffalo chicken, pepper jack, sharp cheddar, ranch, crispy fried onions, bacon, pickled jalapeño on sourdough. Stop in and see us!

This week's Grilled Cheese Special is our Birria Grilled Cheese. Slow-braised seasoned beef, melty cheeses, fresh cilantro, and diced onion, all grilled on buttery sourdough.
Available this week only, while supplies last. I will try my best to keep up with slow cooking the meat, but it takes foreverrrrr!

🥪 This week's Grilled Cheese: Smoked Turkey & Roasted Red Pepper
Smoked turkey, creamy goat cheese (try it, you'll like it), roasted red peppers, melty provolone, all tucked between buttery grilled bread. It's smoky, cheesy, and downright ridiculous. See you tomorrow!
