Kropp's Supper Club is looking for a waiter or waitress willing to work 2-3 shifts per month. Looking for an individual with prior experience that meets the following qualifications:
•Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
•Customer Service: Friendly, attentive, and patient demeanor to handle diverse customer needs.
•Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
•Attention to Detail: Remember orders, follow dietary restrictions, and monitor guest needs.
•Teamwork: Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff for smooth service.
•Basic Math Skills: Accurately handle payments and calculate tips.
•Food Safety Knowledge: Understand hygiene regulations and maintain a clean dining environment.
•Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and organized, clear dishes, and reset tables for new guests.
•Payment Processing: Handle cash or card transactions, calculate bills, and manage tips accurately.
•Support Duties: Assist in restocking service areas, maintain cleanliness, and assist kitchen staff with food preparation.
