I’m proud to officially introduce myself as the new owner of The Depot.
This isn’t just a reopening — it’s a fresh start built on hard work, passion, and doing things the right way. From our scratch bakery and hand-crafted menu items to frying in real beef tallow, every detail matters to us because we believe great food should be made the way it was meant to be.

We’ve put together an entirely new menu focused on quality, consistency, and honest food we can stand behind. We’re committed to bringing life, energy, and reliability back to The Depot — one plate at a time.

We are now OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK from 11AM–10PM and ready to serve the Green Bay community with pride.

Earning trust back doesn’t happen overnight, and we know that. But we’re prepared to put in the work every single day to create a place this community can count on again — whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, drinks, or gathering with family and friends.

To everyone who has already supported us, encouraged us, and given us a chance: thank you. It truly means everything.
