An intimate evening celebrating the best of East Coast seafood, featuring freshly shucked Island Creek oysters ($2 each) alongside chef-crafted selections including Hamachi Crudo, Salmon Crudo, Scallop Aguachile, Tuna Tostada, and Beef Tartare.
Throughout the evening, Chef will be stationed in the dining room, preparing each dish just steps from your table so you can watch every oyster shucked and every plate come to life.
