Yesterday, on our day off, our entire family got to celebrate my nephew’s graduation — one of those days that fills your heart with love and reminds you what life is all about. ❤️

We hope you all had a weekend that filled your heart, too.

Today, we’re back open and ready to serve you! Come enjoy great food, great drinks, and a little OC hospitality.

The OC will be closed today so our staff can enjoy the day with their families, and so we can honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend — stay safe, enjoy some great food, and please drink responsibly.

Summer on the Fox River hits different with live music every Sunday. We’ve got an incredible lineup running June through September.

The Cougars are kicking things off on Friday, May 29th. Tag someone you’re bringing to the patio — boat slips available if you’re pulling up by water!

Happy Mother’s Day to every amazing mom out there! 🌸

Thank you for everything you do for all of us without ever expecting anything in return. Today we just finished our busiest brunch yet, and honestly… it ran so smoothly because of moms like mine. She simply does what needs to be done, works tirelessly behind the scenes, and never asks for recognition.

Restaurants don’t run without people like her, and families don’t either. ❤️

To all the moms out there — thank you, today is for you. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at The OC… where strangers become friends! 🥂

I can’t believe the day is here. ❤️ 4 years today!
From the bottom of my heart… thank you.
To this amazing community for welcoming us, supporting us, and helping turn a dream into reality.
To my coworkers, friends, and family — you are everything behind the scenes. And to every single guest who has ever walked through our doors… you are the reason we get to do what we love.
Have we delivered a perfect 10/10 experience every single time?
Honestly… no.
But that’s what drives us.
Every mistake, every piece of feedback, even the tough reviews — we take them to heart. We learn, we grow, and we push ourselves to be better every single day. That’s the promise.
I truly love coming into the restaurant each day. There’s a quote that says, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.”
I didn’t fully understand it until now.
We will continue working tirelessly to give you the best experience possible — every time you walk through our doors.

As we get close to our 4-year anniversary, I still have those “is this real?” moments.
Owning a business isn’t easy… and there’s no way we would’ve made it past year one without my mom. She’s the backbone of everything—always in the kitchen making sure every plate is perfect, even if you don’t always see her.
And to our amazing team—thank you for believing in this dream with me ❤️
