Zoë's Café is a locally owned, non-profit coffee house and event center in the heart of Greeley's Downtown. We prepare salads, sandwiches, and wraps fresh daily to stock the cooler at Zoe's. Centered around beauty and justice, we host art displays, and community and private events, among other things; we are passionate about our community, and we seek to engage it on every level we can! It’s time to introduce another barista that holds a special place in our (and our plant’s) hearts…meet Laura! Our resident botanophile, our green thumb, our plant enthusiast 🪴

If Laura knew she wouldn’t fail she’d jump right out of a plane. If she *had* to pick a favorite plant (and yes we made her choose) she’d pick her lemon tree at home. It perfumes her whole house 3x a year with great big white blossoms. She feels like she’s in Florida 🍋
Laura’s go to drink is what she calls the Shakarito …but the airuccion is close behind!! She loves foamy espresso!!
If Laura could go back to any grade, she’d pick 3rd. “I loved my teacher and she loved me! And I learned a lot!”

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience, but Zoe’s will be closed on Tuesday May 26th. We are finishing up getting a new sound system that’s not quite done yet. For everyone’s safety we need to remain closed until the job is complete. We’ll see everyone WEDNESDAY at 9am!

Chocolate 🍫 Cherry 🍒 Bomb 💣 Tea 🫖

She loves to paint and her favorite thing to paint is flowers because they’re easy to do and easy to interpret. Exploring The Galápagos Islands is her dream bucket list destination/activity. If she knew she wouldn’t fail, D’Lane would zoom fearlessly down the hills in the Tour de France 🚴🏽‍♀️

Summer might as well be here. And we might as well go all out!! We tested so many fun drinks for the summer…and decided to use pretty much all of them. Decisions are hard, am-i-right??!! If you, also, have a hard time deciding, that’s ok…we’ll be around all summer for you to try ALL of them 🤤 keep an eye out for our updates summer hours dropping late May.

Come hang out with us as we celebrate our favorite customers… YOU!!! Some of you are studying and cramming for tests and guess what?! We’ve got some fun things to help fuel you 🍲, distract you 🎥, and inspire you 🎨!

Most urgent 🚨 announcement is that Monday is May the 4th Be With You…Star Wars day!! Free dinner starts at 6 (*while supplies last*). Come dressed as a Star Wars character during the day and get a free drink!

There will be snacks through the day, Monday through Thursday.

It’s barista spotlight time!! Meet Maya!

If she knew she wouldn’t fail, Maya would learn every language. If she had to be any animal for a day she’d totally be a bird, because who wouldn’t want to fly for a day?! She loves the idea of flying so much that she once jumped out of a perfectly good plane and dove into the sky! She loves donkeys and her 3+ years volunteering at Zoe’s.

Are you at least 16years old with reliable transportation?

Can you commit to volunteering for ONE 3-hour shift per week for the summer?

If you answered yes to those questions, then get on down to Zoe’s and join us for one of our volunteer barista trainings coming up May 15th (6-8pm) or 16th (10:30am-12:30pm).

Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or a beginner (or even if you don’t *like* coffee), our training will equip you with the skills needed to serve up delicious beverages with confidence.

Space is limited, so please RSVP to Megan at [email protected] to secure your spot. We look forward to seeing you there and brewing some great experiences together.

We really love our baristas at Zoe’s. Today we were able to treat them to lunch, an escape room, and of course, ice cream. Zoe’s wouldn’t run without our volunteer teams… and we’re beyond thankful for each and every person! If you love our team, let them know with a like or comment 🫶🏽
