To our Fat Albert’s family,
After a lot of thought, I wanted to share an update with everyone. Fat Albert’s will be closing its chapter at Crabtree Brewery, and for now we will be stepping away from this venture.
First and foremost, I want to give a huge thank you to Crabtree Brewery and its incredible staff for being such wonderful hosts throughout this journey. Thank you for opening your doors, supporting us, and making us feel welcome every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for better people to work alongside.
I also want to thank every single customer, friend, supporter, and person who stopped by for a meal, shared our posts, recommended us to someone else, or simply gave us a chance. Small businesses survive because of people like you, and your support has meant more than I can put into words.
At this time, I’ll be pursuing other interests and career opportunities and focusing on what comes next. As of right now, I honestly don’t know what the future holds or whether this is goodbye for Fat Albert’s or simply “see you later.” But regardless of where the road goes from here, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your support, your kindness, and for being part of this journey. It has meant everything.
