Hello Everyone! Hope everyone had a good and safe Winter.
So unfortunately the Commissary( place where food carts wash dishes etc.) that was generous enough to allow me to use their facility in the past went out of business and I can't get a Permit or setup anywhere without one.
If anyone knows anyone who owns an establishment that has a 3 bay sink and would be willing to allow me access please let me know. I was hoping to have started by now but......

Hello All!
I am going to be wrapping up the season next Wednesday. I am planning to set up this Wednesday(11-19) Thursday and Friday. Rain on Friday is a possibility so we'll play that by ear. Next Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday, look good to go.
Please come out and see me for the final days of a great 2025 Season! Look forward to seeing all of you! Thanks for the great support I received this year, it was greatly appreciated!

Thanks to all of you who have made this my best year to date. Special thanks to all the many construction workers and contractors working near the complex who have frequented my cart. I recently added a Steak Hoagie to the menu for $8.50; it comes with peppers and onions, mozzarella cheese, and Country Sweet or Hot Sauce. I look forward to seeing all of you soon, and I hope we will make it into early December again this year. We'll leave that up to Mother Nature, though. 😃

Thank you all for a great first two days.
Great to see so many familiar faces,and many new ones.
Unfortunately, it won't warm up enough for me to be open tomorrow.

Monday marks my return, and I will be open from 10:30 am to 1:45 pm. I am eager to reunite with many of you this year. This year, I have upgraded to a larger cart, allowing me to offer a more extensive menu. New items include a Cheddar Burger with mushrooms and a Bologna Burger. It is worth noting that my burgers are more substantial than those offered by other carts, weighing 1/3lb compared to their 1/4lb. The Fried Bologna is also a 1/3lb cut. Additionally, I am available to cater private events, such as parties and picnics, during nights and weekends.

Next week, I will return to Canal Landing for 2025. Currently, I am tracking the weather forecast, with the intention of starting on Monday, but I will provide a definitive start date later in the week due to conflicting forecasts.

Ok Folks..Here is our 2025 Menu.

Fried Bologna is back by popular demand!

Once again we will be serving 1/3 lb.
Burgers, while most of the others serve a smaller 1/4 lb Burger.

New this year is our Cheddar Burger, served with Cheddar Cheese and Mushrooms.

We are currently working on our Party/ Catering Menu. I will post that in the next few days.

I will be once again setting up on Canal Landing Blvd. in Greece as soon as weather permits.
Monday-Friday 10:30am - 2:00pm.
Available nights and Weekends for Parties, Picnics,Tournaments and Catering.
