Gang Ohm is a very healing, An herbal curry soup from “Isan” northeastern Thailand.

This is not typical Thai curry. It’s not fiery hot. It’s not rich and heavy. And it’s not sweet.

Drunken Noodles “Pad Kee Mao” in Thai, there are three theories of how the dish got its name.
