**This is the weekend we’ve been dreaming about.** ✨

River and Range Bistro is opening the doors to our **new dining room**, and we can hardly wait to welcome you in.

The floor has been redone and restored to its historic form. The walls and ceiling have been freshly painted. The lighting is warm, intimate, and made for a true bistro dinner—the kind where you settle in, order another course, and stay a little longer.

And we’re giving the food its own moment to shine. This weekend, we’re featuring an **heirloom tomato salad with tomatoes from Red’s Root Cellar**, a local gem whose produce deserves a place at the center of the plate. We’ll also have a **special lamb dish** on the menu.

So much heart and work have gone into this room. We’re excited for you to see it, sit down, and make it part of your own nights out in Great Falls. Saturday will be our **first service in the new dining room**, and we would love to share it with you.

What an unforgettable weekend for River and Range Bistro!

We celebrated both our busiest night on record and an incredible five-course Chef’s Dinner. To everyone who joined us, supported us and allowed us to share these experiences with you—thank you. It is such a privilege to share my passion for food with the community I grew up in, and your support means more to our family than I could ever put into words.

This week marks another huge chapter in our story:

We’re open tonight—and walk-ins are welcome!

River and Range began as a dream rooted in the places that raised us: Montana’s rivers, wild landscapes, farms and ranches. Now, as newlyweds with another little one almost here, we’re pouring everything we have into creating a restaurant our family—and Great Falls—can be proud of.

Join us tonight or tomorrow evening for our signature slow-braised osso buco, or try this week’s burger special topped with raclette, bacon jam, truffle aioli and cornichons.

These are our only two regular dinner services this week, because Saturday is reserved for our special five-course Chef’s Dinner—and only **4 seats remain!**

Turning the dining room into Great Falls' only bona fide Bistro!!!! The stained old carpet is gone, revealing the wonderful historic terrazo underneath. The old fixtures, ceiling tiles and paint job are being replaced with classic but modern colors that feel cozy but upscale. Our new furniture is still a couple months away, but the dining room is getting close to being open!!!

River and Range is growing right alongside our family. ❤️

We just got married, we have another little one arriving very soon, and we’re in the middle of renovating our new dining room—all while continuing to build the restaurant we’ve dreamed about for years.

While renovations are underway, we’re serving in our temporary chapel dining room at the Columbus Center, and we’ll be open this Thursday!

Come try our steak burger made with Montana beef, melted raclette, bacon jam, truffle aioli, and cornichons. 🍔

We also have just **8 spots left** for our five-course Chef’s Dinner this Saturday, September 12! It’s going to be a special evening, and we would love to share it with you.
