September is here and that means...SEPTEMBER FLAVORS ARE HERE!!

We had to let go of some fan favorite summer flavors to make way for our new additions, but we have FOUR amazing new flavors to make up for it. Today we're introducing (from top of picture to bottom):

• Ghost Licorice (Black licorice flavor but without all the dye)
• The Devil Went Down to Georgia (peach!)
• Apple Pie Scream
• Maple Nut

Summer may still be hanging on outside (no complaints here!) but inside Haunted Scoops we're leaning into fall flavors. These will be running for the month of September or until we run out of ingredients. (No promises Peach will make it all month, y'all. We have a limited supply of these amazing peaches and when they're gone they're gone.)

We're open and scooping until 9:00 tonight—come on in and try the new flavors for yourself!

School starts back up this week as we officially say goodbye to summer—and our summer hours. Our new hours are:

Tuesday–Thursday: 4:00–9:00pm
Friday: 4:00–10:00pm
Saturday: 2:00–10:00pm

And, as always, closed Sunday and Monday.

⭐⭐⭐As a reminder, we are closed tomorrow (August 26th) for the first day of school.⭐⭐⭐

There's a supply chain issue with the brownie of it all, so this is a temporary situation while I tinker and reformulate and get them back to amazing with the ingredients I have access to. All good things must come to an end....

August is leaving us at the end of next week, and it's taking our summer flavors with it. You've got a week and a half to get your fill of Chic-a-Cherry Cola, The Blob, Toasted Coconut (I know...), and Lemon Lavender (I KNOW) before we say goodbye to them to make room for some fun fall flavors!

This is also the last week with our summer hours before we transition to shorter fall hours. We will still be open Tuesday–Saturday, just opening two hours later.

If you want to grab a scoop tonight, we're here until 9:00!

You've asked and asked and asked and we fiiiiinally did it...It's been a long time coming, with these shelves being empty since we opened, but we have shirts!

These logo T-shirts are the same ones you see our staff wearing, available in multiple colors and both adult and youth sizes. XS–2XL in adult and XS–XL for youth. (Adult XL and 2XL will be here in the next few days...time got the best of us and we couldn't quite get them all ready by today.)

$20 for adult sizes; $15 for youth sizes.

Are you more of a Death by Chocolate person or a Black Cat Brownie person?

Both are made using our house-made chocolate base that's created with the richest cocoa Ghirardelli makes, but what happens after that point is what sets these two apart from each other.

Death by Chocolate (the bottom scoop in this picture) is a straightforward rich, creamy chocolate. My goal when developing it was literally "make a chocolate ice cream that's too rich for me because that means chocolate fans will love it." And I succeeded because it's strong enough that I can only eat it occasionally!

Black Cat Brownie (top scoop) has more to it...but less chocolate. This ice cream starts by using half as much of our chocolate base and then I add equal parts brownie chunks and Oreo cookies. So while it may seem more intense than Death by Chocolate, it's actually our recommendation for those of you who (like me) want a chocolate that isn't quite as strong.

Whatever your chocolate preferences, we've got you covered! Come on in and try for yourself—we're open until 9:00 tonight.
