🍋 LEMON WEEK CONTINUES…

Today’s new one:
Sicilian Lemon Ricotta Cake
Soft, buttery lemon ricotta cake with a bright lemon glaze, silky lemon mascarpone cream & roasted salted pistachios.

And because apparently one day wasn’t enough… Lemon Tiramisu is making another appearance today. 🍋🤌

Two lemon desserts. Very different personalities. Both on the counter today.

Life gave us lemons. We may have gotten carried away. 🍋

Yesterday we said if life gives you lemons… make dessert. 🍋

So today, we made Lemon Tiramisu.

Layers of juicy lemon curd, soft lemon cream, and ladyfingers dipped in a bright lemon-infused syrup.

Sweet. Tart. Creamy. Lemony in all the right ways.

Basically, we took tiramisu on a little Italian summer vacation. 🇮🇹🍋
