Some things really haven't changed all that much.

Cars have been pulling up to this little corner for a very long time.

And people have been gathering around them just as long.

These old photographs from the days when our building was still a service station make me smile. The cars have changed. The clothes definitely have changed. But the people?

We still like to gather.

We still like to talk about cars.

We still like to tell the stories that go with them.

And tomorrow, we get to do it all over again.

We asked ourselves that question while dreaming up our July Special.

We call it the Salted Honey Americano, and we think it's a pretty delicious way to celebrate 250 years of American independence.

Onward and Upward ✨🎓☕

This weekend feels a little bittersweet at Buffalo Blanc.

We’re celebrating the graduates of 2026, saying goodbye to our spring specials, and celebrating one of your favorite baristas, Cecelia, as she graduates this Sunday.

Thank you for letting us be part of so many chapters, milestones, coffee dates, study sessions, and memories along the way.

We’ll be closing early THIS Saturday at 12 PM for Cecelia’s graduation celebration and reopening Sunday morning at 8 AM.

And yes… this is your final weekend for spring favorites like the Honey Lavender Latte, Irish Cream Americano, Lavender London Fog, Pistachio White Chocolate Chai, and Lemon Meringue Lotus before our summer specials arrive. 🌿
