So I have been reading the comments on a post that we were tagged in about getting more support for my business from the community, first I would like to apologize to anyone who has been treated rudely by my staff, this is unacceptable in any form and will not be tolerated so I hope that the staff that I have in there now is not being that way. Secondly I would like to address all the comments regarding my food prices, I am right even on my prices along side, handle bar, applebees, the page, or just about any sit down restaurant in town so I don't understand the complaints about my food prices and for the most part most of my food is homemade from our mashed potatoes, chicken fried steak are hand breaded, our chicken fried chicken is hand breaded same with our chicken strips our pulled pork and our roast beef is all done in house as well as our pizzas so you are not getting pre made food and up until 2 weeks ago we didn't even have a microwave in the building and my portion sizes for our food is second to none in town. Now I will admit when we started out folks waited way to long for their food this is something that I continue to deal with on a constant basis and I believe that for the most part we have it fixed that being said we are not perfect but that is something that I stress to my kitchen constantly. Third thing I would like to address is the cover charges that I was charging i pay anywhere from 600-2500 for a band regardless of how many people show up I am trying to provide a clean safe environment for people to come out and enjoy live music anywhere you go people charge a cover for live music and usually alot more than what I was charging i only charged it to help cover the cost of the band I am not rich and when I could have a free show I did but this all cost money I can't give everything away for free however the last 5 bands I have not charged a cover and people still don't show up so what am I supposed to do? Lastly I would like to address my drink prices i have been told that they are a little high and that is something I am looking into and if I can change the price I will especially on the doubles that has been the biggest complaint recently. Alot of what I have been reading on this post is not easy to hear but I need to know so it can change so thank you all for your honest opinions and the problems will be addressed i guarantee it. Please if you had a bad experience before come in one more time please and let us show you what it should have been like the first time.
