I am so honored to provide some VERY special cheesecake for this year's Farm-to-Table dinner at Heartland Farm!

These cheesecakes will be made with eggs and Sand Plum Jelly from the farm! There will also be an extra 9 inch cheesecake of this special flavor available in the silent auction!!!

Our annual Farm to Table dinner is just over 2 weeks away! This year's meal will be made by Heartland Farm's own staff and volunteers using produce from our gardens, as well as from other local growers.

On the menu:

Appetizers:
Asian cabbage wrap- with ground beef, herbs and mild dressing
Caprese Skewer- homegrown tomatoes and basil, homemade mozzarella

Salad:
Arugula and spinach salad- topped with cucumber, radish and crouton with homemade ranch or lemon parsley dressing

Entree:
Herb-roasted chicken
Vegetarian option:
Au gratin potatoes
Roasted vegetable medley
Homemade bread

Dessert:
Cheesecake from Freaking Delicious Cheesecake Co.

My brain-dead moment is your gain - I forgot to put crust in the pan after I added the pineapples and such - just poured the batter right on top.

Today I sent out this tiered German Chocolate cheesecake for a wedding that is happening tomorrow! They requested the cheesecakes be coated in buttercream to make it look more wedding-y. I am *not* trained in working with frosting to decorate, but I worked really hard on it and thought it came out really pretty. ❤️
