After reviewing an incredible group of applications, we're excited to announce the five businesses advancing to the IGNITE Finale on October 8 at the historic Crest Theater!

It's been brought to our attention that some Panther cards say Wichita under Tellers 1872. This is a printing error.
Rest assured, if you bought a Panther card to support our local high school athletes, the offer from Tellers 1872 is from us here in Great Bend. As far as we know, we are the only Tellers 1872!

The secret to our demi -glacé is starting with a fantastic beef broth. We begin with marrow bones, onions, and other seasonings to get the richest flavors in our beef stock. You just can't beat from scratch flavor!

We love having community history hanging on our walls. This week we experienced something truly special when a guest noticed her family name on one of the ads that is displayed in the dining room.
She shared pictures of J. V. Brinkman who opened the Brinkman Bank in Great Bend.
What a joy it was to have stories shared at our tables!

A crowd favorite is our meatball bolognese. We start by grinding our own meat, crafting the meatballs, browning to perfection, and then finally they simmer in our from scratch marinara. From scratch cooking takes time, but we believe it's worth every minute!
