The weather has placed lots of uncertainty on what is typically one of our largest one day food truck events of the year. With BBQ you sometimes just have to stick your neck out and hope for the best, since it is such a long cook process.

We have prepared for the Noble Freedom fest and the West Salem freedom fest the same as we would if it were sunny and 75.

We’re prepared to serve 500 people from our food truck today and we hope you are one of them!!

As of now all celebrations are a GO!! Rain rain stay away!!
