It is with a heavy heart that we write this post. One of our most beloved volunteers has passed away. Norman Morgan came to us with his love of all things
trains when he first brought his grandchildren to ride. In fact, he fell in love with our little place and for many many weekends he and his wife Marlene would make the trip from their home in Evansville IN to Flora to operate the train and help with other things as he could. Norman loved spending time at the railroad and sharing his knowledge and history of railroading. Thank you Norman and family for the love and commitment you showed us. You will be forever missed and cherished. We will think of you every time we punch a ticket with the railroad conductors punch you gave us. Rest in Peace Norm.
