Business partners Isabelita Delgado and Chiqui Ortigosa combined forces in early 2013 to create a Cuban restaurant that will offer homemade dishes in a family oriented environment. The second week of November of the same year, Congri Cuban Restaurant opened up its doors in Grayslake, Illinois. Congri counts with a comfortable and colorful dining room, an open kitchen, and the direct management of
