From the hand split hardwoods, every detail is carefully monitored, meats are delicately prepared, temperatures are monitored, and the proof will make your mouth water. We will be cooking on designated days and selling both fresh and vacuum sealed meats to anyone with good taste in Bar-B-Que. Custom orders are welcome in advance and we are available to cook for your event. Prices are subject to change due to meat and product cost fluctuation and specific requests are priced individually.
