I don’t even know how to put today into words. God showed off today yall.
My brain is officially shutting down. I am beyond tired. Like… I may need three business days before I form a complete sentence again. 😂
But I cannot go to bed without saying this:
Today was absolutely mind-blowing.
Everything went so incredibly smooth. Every late night, every grocery run, every batch of caramel, every box packed, every cup made, every little detail we stressed over… it all paid off.
We are SOLD OUT.
Like… sold out, sold out. We have about half a hopper of coffee beans left and that is about it. 😂
I am completely beside myself at the turnout today.
Perryville, our regular customers, our new customers, everyone who stopped at the booth, came through the shop, supported the Motor Muster, bought a coffee, grabbed a treat, shared a post, told a friend — thank you.
You showed up for this little coffee shop in a way I will probably never be able to fully explain.
But the biggest thing on my heart tonight is the people who stood beside me through all of it.
Emma. Delaney. Maverick. Moises. Zoey. Jen. Landon.
Y’all.
There is absolutely no Charlie Horse without this crew.
They showed up in every single way possible. They worked their BUTTS OFF. They jumped in wherever they were needed, handled the craziness, kept things moving, kept smiling, kept serving people and somehow made one of the biggest days we have ever had feel… smooth.
And JEN.
Jen absolutely SLAYED the Cold Kickers booth today. 😂☕️
She handled that thing like an absolute pro and helped us in so many ways beyond just that booth. I am so incredibly grateful for everything she did today and for the way she stepped in and made it happen.
And the husbands who jumped in when we needed them — thank you. Truly.
There was something so incredibly beautiful about looking around today and seeing people who didn’t have to care about this little dream the way I do… care about it anyway.
I love these girls like sisters, and I am so grateful for every person who helped carry Charlie Horse today.
And then there was the Perryville Motor Muster.
What an incredible experience.
That deserves its own post — and it will get one — because there are so many people I need to thank properly.
But I cannot talk about today without saying how incredibly grateful I am for Stephanie and The Barrel Boutique. I absolutely could not have done this without her.
And our judges — THANK YOU.
Thank you for showing up, giving your time, helping us pull this event together and making the first Perryville Motor Muster something we will never forget.
Today was bigger than coffee.
It was community.
It was teamwork.
It was friendship.
It was people showing up for one another.
And it was one of those days that reminds you exactly why you started.
God has blessed me beyond anything I deserve.
With this business.
With this community.
With these customers.
With these friendships.
And especially with the people standing beside me helping carry it.
Today was an accomplishment I will never forget.
And now…
WE ARE OFFICIALLY CLOCKING OUT FOR ONE. FULL. WEEK. 🙌🏻😂
And when I say clocking out, I mean y’all aren’t even going to be able to find us in the state of Kentucky. 😂
Charlie Horse is taking a breather, and this mama is going to spend the next week soaking up every single snuggle, every smile, every laugh and every little adventure I possibly can with my family.
Will I still be supporting every local coffee shop I can find while we’re gone?
Absolutely. 😂☕️
But for one whole week, I’m just going to be Mom. Wife. Angela.
I am going to soak up my family and enjoy every second I possibly can with the people who sacrifice so much so that I can chase this crazy little dream.
Tonight I’m exhausted.
I’m emotional.
I’m incredibly proud.
And I am so, so grateful.
Thank you, Perryville.
Thank you to every single person who showed up today.
Thank you to my Charlie Horse crew for making the impossible look easy.
Thank you to Stephanie, The Barrel Boutique, our Motor Muster judges and everyone who helped make today happen.
I love y’all.
Stay blessed.
God is so, so good. 🤎🐴☕️
We did it.
Now we’re clocking out. ✌🏻😂
