Cirino's Famous Bloody Mary Mix It has been said, that one afternoon while working behind the bar at his establishment, Jerry was asked to make a Bloody Mary.

The history of the Cirino's Bloody Mary started back in 1983 when Jerry Cirino first opened the doors to Cirino's Bar & Grill in Nevada City, California offering fine cuisine and beverage from the Cirino Family Kitchen. At the time, his two sons, Tucker and Ryan were there by his side just as they are today....and the family business was born....as was the tale of the famous "Cirino's Style" Bloo

dy Mary. Never having had a Bloody Mary before, Jerry started to create his own version of the well-loved beverage. Using the required fresh ingredients he had available, he approached the drink much like a chef, grabbing a bit of this and a touch of that with a few secret ingredients thrown in and so the "Cirino's Style" Bloody Mary served with a small beer at its' side was born. "The spices and the hops marry very well with one another, thus, it'll change your life". As Jerry had said, so many times before that day. Since then thousands and thousands of customers have been addicted to this wonderful combination of unique flavors. Do any of you know who Reuben is?!! I'm guessing he was a guy on the East Coast who created this unbelievable sandwich that's become a favorite on many lunch menus across the great ol' USA. We began making it 35 years ago, and its recipe has never wavered. Not even the name... "I'd like to order a Jerry!"🤣 Our pastrami is a cut from beef brisket. We trim it, cook it, and thinly slice it before putting it into a sandwich with melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and our secret sauce, lightly grilled on our fresh marble rye bread. Is it decadent... yes. Is it delicious... yes. Will it make your lunch worth the effort... yes. Do you deserve the best... yes. So, what are you waiting for?!! Soak up the sun with our Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap. Never had one... well, imagine a perfect bite of crisp fresh lettuce and our flame-grilled chicken breast tossed with Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft four tortilla. It's one of those light dishes that tastes so good on a summer day. We've got the air on, the cool ambiance, a great crew, and, as always, the promise to do it the way it used to be.
