Do any of you know who Reuben is?!! I'm guessing he was a guy on the East Coast who created this unbelievable sandwich that's become a favorite on many lunch menus across the great ol' USA. We began making it 35 years ago, and its recipe has never wavered. Not even the name... "I'd like to order a Jerry!"🤣 Our pastrami is a cut from beef brisket. We trim it, cook it, and thinly slice it before putting it into a sandwich with melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and our secret sauce, lightly grilled on our fresh marble rye bread. Is it decadent... yes. Is it delicious... yes. Will it make your lunch worth the effort... yes. Do you deserve the best... yes. So, what are you waiting for?!! Get on in here, sit, relax, and be spoiled. Order up a cold beer in a frosted glass and soak in the summer. Oh... and thank you, Reuben! #
